Brief

Baby Planet is a family run business which has grown to become one of the largest and respected independent nursery retailers in the country with their headquarters in Leicester and four successful stores across the midlands. Each of these stores offer extensive product ranges from many of the leading nursery brands including Bugaboo, Mamas and Papas, iCandy, Maxi Cosi, Silver Cross and Cosatto.

Process

Baby Planet is a company that thrives from online shoppers, so to help improve their sales, Google Shopping and Facebook advertising has been integrated on the website, this has seen sales increase dramatically and they are always showing in the top Google searches.

One brand provider requires a ‘How to’ video to be watched before an item can be purchased. To comply with this a function has been created which allows a rule to be set on individual products ensuring the video has been played before the Add to basket button appears, this feature has allowed Baby Planet to sell a whole new brand on the website.

As well as advertising on Google Shopping we have also created a feed which is integrated onto a suppliers website showing Baby Planet as a supplier of their products with a link to the product page on the Baby Planet website.
